Dr. Jay Yadav, Founder and CEO of CardioMEMS, will be joined by Mr. David Stern, Executive Vice President of CardioMEMS and Mr. John Erbey, Sr. Director of Strategic Marketing of St. Jude Medical to discuss the evolution of CardioMEMS and devices in Health IT.
